Recently, I was able to spend some quality time with my grandson. It was during our fun interactions together that I found him repeating an action directed at me. Too young to formulate his words quite yet, he would simply take his little hand and pat the floor, a chair or location directly next to him that he wanted me to occupy. In his little way, he was repeatedly inviting me to join him - asking, "Grandpa, come and sit here...right next to me!"

Recently, my son Josh and I were asked to stand next to one another. I thought, well that's rather odd. What's up? Well, they wanted to see if we resembled each other in likeness. With a short glance, the response was, "Oh yeah, dad and son sure do look alike."
