What an unbelievable year it has been and continues to be. Because we value each person who attends our services here at Central Christian and desire to keep everyone safe and healthy, for several weeks we have been recommending that face coverings be worn as our church staff has been doing so in the past few weeks. We also shared that we would keep you updated as to any important changes because of COVID-19 that would necessitate further communication and implementation.
On Tuesday, August 4 the City of Ocala passed a new ordinance requiring face coverings to be worn within the city limits. We have read through the ordinance and will be complying. This means, pursuant to the ordinance, face coverings are required for everyone over the age of 7 years old who will be attending our worship services beginning this Sunday, August 9. Should you need one, face coverings will be available at the Connection Desk in our Worship Center lobby. The pre-existing safety and health measures we implemented since we reopened our campus are still in effect and will remain so. We love you all very much and look forward to worshipping with you on Sunday.
Remember: “Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of others.” – Philippians 2:3-4
Love you friends. See you on Sunday. Stay safe, strong and healthy,
