Let me ask, if Central Christian Church closed our doors would our local community notice? Ponder that for a moment. Our answer? I’d say, a resounding YES! All glory to God! Why? Because, as a church – we are faithfully leveraging all that God has given and blessed us with FOR Him BY Him and WITH Him! That’s both humbling and inspiring.
Friends, as believers our vision is to ‘Be Jesus’ and impact our local community and beyond FOR Him! To utilize our over 12 acres of property, 4 plus buildings, financial resources and personal abilities to make a difference in Ocala and beyond one life at a time. Which is exactly what we are doing. All glory to God alone! With over 10 active partnerships (finances & volunteers) with local Ocala ministries, our church campus is a ‘hub’ for daily ministry. Not only that, but also 9 additional national and international ministry partners further expanding our impact FOR God and BY God! God’s Kingdom is being advanced! Thank you!
But God is calling us to more! In our 57th year of ministry, God is imploring us to accomplish immeasurably more FOR Him BY Him and WITH Him! How will we respond? Faithfully! Passionately! Readily! One way we are responding is to further improve our campus by renovating the complete interior of our 300 building (building in the middle of our campus). The south end of the building will become ‘The Venue’ that will hold 140 people. It will be used for lectures, studies, smaller services, nights of worship and more. The north end will become a large ‘Coffee Central Shop’ open to the public during the week and on Sunday mornings. We will be joining with one of our 10 local ministry partners ‘Wear Gloves/Dignity Roasters’ (Ken & Wendy Kberdle) who will be operating our ‘Coffee Shop’ during the week, assisting individuals in our community with jobs, giving hope and dignity in Jesus’ name. This space can also be used by our church family and others as a meeting place for conversation, study and more.

This is where WE come in. With our time, abilities, financial resources and prayers – let’s do this! Let’s expand our impact for God. Yes, due to an absolutely amazing God-sized financial gift we are able to begin this renovation project. But every week we need about $20,000 to meet our collective ‘congregationally approved’ budget. No less than $12,000 a week to pay salaries and always financially automatically give 10% to our local and global mission partners. We do not always meet these weekly financial requirements. So we are asking our church family to step up on a weekly basis to meet our regular financial needs and asking that you join us in giving ‘over and above’ our normal financial tithe to complete, furnish and expand OUR 300 building renovation project. We can do this. We are doing this! Why? Because our God IS able to accomplish immeasurably more. I believe! There is so much MORE ministry that God is calling us to right here and right now.
So, will you join me in faithfully leveraging all that God has given us. With our time, abilities, financial resources and prayers, will you join in expanding and advancing our Kingdom impact for God. I cannot wait to observe HOW God will do so as we faithfully step up and make ourselves available. To specifically financially donate to our 300 building renovation project please go to c3ocala.com/give and select the ‘Christmas Offering’ tab. We can also financially give to the General Fund. And let me just say this, THANK YOU so very much for doing so.
Let’s all Pray & Participate as we individually and collectively ‘Go & Be Jesus’ to our local community and beyond. Let’s all Invest & Bless as we give of our time, abilities and financial resources! Let’s all Believe & Expect our God to accomplish immeasurably MORE than all we ever asked or imagine by His power to His glory and for His kingdom! I am believing, expecting and anticipating. Again, thank you friends – thank you so very much. It’s all for God!
Praying & Participating. Investing & Blessing. Believing & Expecting!
